Being yourself is important, however being adaptable and learning new skills is a fantastic thing to do. Writing down the jobs you need to do each day may help you get more done. When you believe all else has failed, think again. Valuing someone's job is often the highest level appreciation you can give them. Raise your workers skill level by showing training choices to them.
